Lifeball for Seniors
Thursday Life ball 9am to 11am
Life ball is a modified sport for anyone over 50 years or older. The Coffs Harbour Silver Shadows are the biggest regional Lifeball association in regional NSW and would even out number many Sydney clubs. It is a modified version of netball and Basketball at a walking pace. The Coffs Silver shadows will welcome any new member with open arms and have become a great way for the elderly people to get together and enjoy meeting new faces. The game is followed by a large morning tea that takes the players to another level of entertainment with many laughs from many interesting stories.
Lifeball kicks off around 9.30am and finishes around 11am.
The cost is only $4.00 which includes a proper cup of coffee in a proper coffee cup.
